COMPREHENSIVE FERTILIZATION PROGRAM
Our comprehensive chemical program follows Florida’s Best Management Practices, developed in conjunction with Agronomics and Florida University Turf Studies. We use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, based on a broad ecological approach to pest control, by integrating environmentally sensitive pesticides and Herbicides.
All fertilizers will be site-specific and will be applied with appropriate nutrient contents, and Nitrogen will be applied, as allowed, by regulatory agencies’ specifications.
SITE-SPECIFIC PEST CONTROL PROGRAM
Our technician will devise a property-specific plan to effectively control insect infestation and disease by chemically treating all plants, as environmental, horticultural, and weather conditions permit.
Our efforts will ensure that all planting beds are kept significantly free of weeds and that they are maintained through a property specific application of pre-emergents, selective herbicides, spot spraying and manual weeding.

IRRIGATION SERVICES
ROUTINE IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE
Our experienced technicians will be responsible for monitoring and managing your irrigation system to ensure properly timed watering frequencies based on vegetation needs and occurrence of natural rainfall.
They will activate and test each irrigation zone and inspect the complete irrigation system, monthly, looking for broken or clogged heads, malfunctioning or leaking valves, and/or any other condition keeping the system from working properly.
Inspection reports will be generated at the time of each service, and any deficiencies will be reported and repaired as needed.
